2020 Registration, Fundraising and Optional Fees

Note:  Registration closes March 29th, 2020 after that registrations will only be accepted if there is room in the division and will be subject to a $25 late registration fee.  Registration in some divisions may close earlier to follow team size policy.  Additional registrations in these divisions will be waitlisted.  Should there be enough registrations, an additional team may be formed based on coach availability.  Note: U8 and U10 registration will remain open until April 5th, 2020

* Children born in 2012, who have never registered in Softball, can register in U8(Learn to Play) program; however, children who have already played a season of U8, or with advanced softball skills (can hit, catch and throw unassisted) should register in the U10 program.  If you are unsure which division is appropriate for your child, please contact u8rep@spmsa.com for further assistance.

Uniform Waiver: This waiver replaces the uniform deposit cheque process used in previous years. Each player's parent/guardian is required to sign the uniform waiver prior to receiving their athlete’s uniform. Uniforms must be returned laundered and in good order. SPMSA will invoice the parent/guardian $25 for laundering and minor repairs or $100 for replacement of unreturned or irreparable uniforms.

AGM Meeting Deposit:  Your cheque will be returned if a family member attends the AGM meeting at the end of June. Please view the website calendar for the exact date and location to be posted on the website.

Registration Deadline:  March 29st,  2020. Space may be available in some divisions after the deadline. Please contact the registrar for availability.

Withdrawal fee:  You may withdraw from the program on and before March 29, 2020, however, a $50 fee will be charged

Refunds: There will be no refunds on or after March 30, 2020

Fundraising Program (Required)

SPMSA Fundraising Program supports the development of facilities, enhanced equipment and upgrades to uniforms, equipment, facilities and program delivery.  The Fundraising Fee must be paid as part of the registration fee parents will be given the choice to recoup those fees by selling raffle tickets.
